Complete Life Success is about exploring the challenges and opportunities we have when trying to make the most of our lives. Life should be fun. For the 20+ years of my working life I have been interested in how people deal with balancing their work and non-work lives. I have a varied work background with positions ranging from sales and marketing to management and consulting. I currently work in my dream job as a financial planner with a small independent firm. In my various positions over the years I have experienced both extremes-more money than time, and more time than money. I have had to make decisions regarding which direction my, and my family’s life will take based on the search for more personal fulfillment and “success”. Like many people, I have struggled with balancing the demands of work and the “demands” of leisure and family time. Complete Life Success is a way for me to share some of the things that have(and haven’t) worked for me.

One area you will not find specific information on is money. That might sound strange coming from someone who is in the financial planning business but the reason for that is I have found that when you really take a look at it, money is not the determining factor in personal success or happiness. Rather, money tends to be one of the results of it. Many of the ideas you will get from this blog will help you make better decisions about all aspects of your life and money will be one of the areas that are affected by those decisions.
